RESPONSABLE de SALA - Restaurant

Sushi bar-restaurant ubicat a centre comercial de la ciutat de Barcelona es troba a la recerca de responsable de sala, per encarregar-se del funcionament del departament, amb la idea d'anar assumint noves funcions per esdevenir la figura d'assistent a direcció del restaurant.

Es treballa amb cuina vista oberta i petit botiga gourmet amb serveis de restaurant, delivery i take away.

Les teves FUNCIONS seran:

  • Dirigir, supervisar i avaluar el bon funcionament del restaurant i del personal de sala.
  • Controlar despeses, mantenint ràtios per complir els objectius marcats i identificant possibles millores.
  • Gestionar amb eficiència el restaurant i garantir el compliment de la normativa i protocols.
  • Responsabilitzar-se de les reserves per diferents canals.
  • Coordinar, formar supervisar i liderar equip de sala.
  • Elaborar quadrants d'horaris, festius i vacances.
  • Encarregar-se de la formació i motivació a l'equip i la realització de reunions.
  • Tenir coneixement dels productes i metodologia d'elaboració dels plats i la carta, fent noves propostes.
  • Donar suport en el servei.
  • Col·laborar en la gestió de les comandes i compres a proveïdors.
  • Responsabilitzar-se de les caixes.
  • Vetllar per la satisfacció del clients i fidelitzar-los.
  • Implementar nou software de gestió de restaurant.
  • Gestió i dinamització de xarxes socials.

Les CONDICIONS de la posició son:

  • Incorporació immediata
  • Contracte estable, directe amb l'establiment.
  • Horari flexible segons necessitat (entre les 11 i les 21h)
  • 2 dies festius setmanals (diumenges de setembre a maig tancat)

Job Responsibilities

  • Building Maintenance managed by FM.
  • Manages framework agreements with all vendors and partners in region.                 
  • Secures best possible business conditions for FM area. 
  • Implements FM innovations and value engineering solutions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of team goals and priorities (long and short term) to support FM strategy.
  • Manage FM audits process of restaurants and training in the region.
  • Delivers rapid, cost effective and high-quality FM support for all brands.
  • Provides technical support & training for multidepartmental.
  • Manage inspections and PPM process in FM to ensure that all business units are compliant with law in areas: construction, fire protection...
  • Manages PPM / RM ratio, supports equipment purchasing procedure to secure best possible TLC of equipment and installations.

Requirements for Candidate

  • Engineering Degree.
  • 3 years of experience in Facility Management. 
  • 3 years of experience as a Team leader and cost management.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and high adaptability to change.
  • Air conditioning accredited course.
  • High level of English, written and spoken.
  • Retail sector experience

Reporting to the Global Treasury Director, your main activities will include:

  • Ensure and optimize AmRest’ liquidity.
  • Ensure the implementation of Global Treasury tools for its centralization.
  • Manage Global Bank accounts (like optimization, fees, etc.).
  • Review cash transactions and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of local, regional and global cash management techniques.
  • Work with key managers to maintain focus on cash generation and necessary financing.
  • Review and drive improvements to treasury reporting with focus on data accuracy.
  • Support other functions by providing expertise in treasury related areas.
  • Manage the relationships with banks and financial institutions, as well as with internal partners.
  • Support the Treasury and financial risk management function globally.

Requirements for Candidate

  • University degree, preferably in Economy, Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a global position, especially in a Global Cash Management.
  • Hands-on experience in treasury systems management.
  • Native Spanish and fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with external and internal business partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, self-reliant.

Sushi Shop is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Assistant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both the front and back of the house.
